Countries we ship to

We ship to Finland and to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Delivery time

New Papu products are shipped from the warehouse of our partner Storia in Hyvinkää, Finland. Delivery time is 1–3 business days to Finland and 4–7 business days to other European countries, excluding pre-order products. Deliveries outside Europe may take longer. Campaigns, weekends and public holidays, as well as delays in transit, may affect delivery times.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. We ship orders as a parcel or as a letter, depending on the size of the order. Within Finland, standard PostNord delivery to the pickup point or parcel locker of your choice costs €4.90, and shipping is free on orders over €150. For other countries, the shipping cost depends on the destination and is shown at checkout once you have entered your address.

Duties and taxes

Prices include VAT for deliveries within the EU (excluding the Åland Islands). For deliveries outside the EU, such as Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the United States, any import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Logistics

Our logistics provider is Storia Oy. Transport services are provided by PostNord Oy and GLS (international deliveries), and by Matkahuolto Oy (returns).

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email at the address you provided when placing the order.
