Delivery time:
Papu products are shipped from our partner's warehouse in Hyvinkää, Finland. The normal delivery time is approx. 1–3 business days to Finland and 4–7 business days to other European countries. Deliveries outside Europe may take longer. Campaigns, weekends and public holidays, as well as delays in transit, may affect delivery times.
Please note that pre-order products have a longer delivery time; the exact delivery time is stated in the product description.
Return handling fees:
Returns - €5.00/item (uncollected parcel €10.00)
A handling fee is charged for all returns, whether the whole order or only part of it is returned. Shipping fees are not refunded. Returns from outside Finland are sent at the customer's own cost.
Customers have a 14-day right of return on ordered products. The 14 days are counted from the day the customer receives the product.

We've gathered tips below on choosing the right size and instructions on how to read the measurement drawings for our clothes.
Our online store has product-specific measurement drawings for women's clothing, where you can check the measurements of each product. The easiest way to choose your size is to compare the measurements in the drawing to a similar garment from your own wardrobe.
For each of our products you'll also find the material composition. Our garments containing elastane are slightly stretchy, so if you're unsure between two sizes, you can also choose the smaller size if you want the product to fit snugly. If you compare the measurements in the drawing to your own garment, choose a slightly stretchy garment from your wardrobe as well. Products made from 100% cotton, Ecovero or lyocell do not stretch, so it's good to take this into account when choosing your size. In that case, compare the measurements in the drawing to a non-stretch garment.

Made from 90% mulesing-free merino wool and 10% cashmere, this blend is a luxurious and sustainable choice. Merino wool is known for its softness, warmth and natural ability to regulate body temperature in different weather conditions. Mulesing-free merino wool ensures that the material comes from ethically and responsibly managed sheep farms where animal welfare comes first.
Cashmere adds extra softness and luxury to the blend. It is a natural fibre that comes from the undercoat of cashmere goats and is known for its unique softness and warmth. Together, these two materials create a fabric that is both durable and pleasant to wear.
Care instructions
90% Mulesing-free merino wool / 10% Cashmere
These care instructions will help keep your 90% mulesing-free merino wool and 10% cashmere blend in the best possible condition so you can enjoy its softness and warmth for a long time.
As a material, wool cleans itself. A wool garment that has been worn but is not stained is best freshened by airing. Wool products should only be washed when they are really dirty.
Spot clean individual stains.
Wash in cool water, max. 30°C, to preserve the quality and colour of the material.
We recommend hand washing our merino-cashmere products.
Use gentle detergents designed for wool and silk.
Dry on a flat surface on top of a towel, preferably horizontally, to prevent stretching.
Avoid tumble drying, as it can damage wool fibres.
Avoid ironing.
Wool products are best stored folded, as hangers or coat hooks can stretch the knit.
